Consortium Management

Many fuel storage facilities are owned by a consortium.  In the old days it was a simple process of managing the lease and the operator. Today there are many other concerns. Safety, taxes, regulations, environmental, operational, budgeting and improvements.

Our management services cover them all!  Many airlines don’t have the experienced staff to handle these issues.

Many people are already familiar with the company’s founder, Glenn Hipp.  Glenn has a proven history of providing unique and thoughtful solutions that can often help many carriers simultaneously.

This is where we come in, and more importantly, where we come from!

We handle:

  • Environmental Management
  • Legal Services
  • Expansion
  • Airport Rules & Regulations
  • Airport Negotiations
  • Supply Logistics
  • Auditing & Reconciliation
Previous Projects

Burbank

With a deadline of less than a year, Glenn coordinated and negotiated with airport and airlines for the construction of a unique above ground, below grade fuel storage facility with enough capacity to replace all airport tanks.

Tulsa Fuel Storage

With looming environmental issues, Glenn coordinated and negotiated with the airport and airlines for the construction of new cooperative commercial aviation above ground bulk fuel storage facility with a unique looped line to a terminal loading rack, significantly reducing the driving distance for fuel trucks.

Sacramento

Replaced two aging oil company owned storage tanks with state-of-the-art above ground storage system with ample capacity for growth. Negoitated for pipeline delivery to eliminate trucks from the road, reduce transportation costs and improved safety, organized change in into-plane operators to reduce costs.

Often, the per-gallon cost of operating and aging fleet isn’t tracked carefully, and new trucks can actually be cheaper to operate with significantly improved operation reliability. Let us do an analysis.

In eliminating the wasteful cost of maintaining a fleet of aging refueler trucks, and by purchasing eleven new vehicles, Southwest was able to lower the net-per-gallon fuel cost.

Yes... We have the solution!
